Don't know if this is of any help if you sent the car to a garage but: F21 is the fuse, it needs to be a 15A fuse. T10 is the relay, it's a 20A relay. it's next to the F21fuse in the engine bay fuse box Edit: fuel cut off switch AKA inertia switch, is under the passenger seat in RH drive cars,(drivers seat for LH). move the seat all the way back and you will see it next to the sear rail.
